All the old classics are still there, of course. Christmas ham, pig’s feet, our hand-pickled herring, rolled herring, home-rolled meatballs, prince sausage, Christmas sausage, homemade Jansson’s temptation, lutefisk with white sauce and peas, elk roast, honey-glazed ribs, red cabbage, cured salmon, cold-smoked salmon & hot-smoked salmon.

To this we have added several marine related dishes such as shrimps, smoked shrimps, caesar salad with hot smoked salmon, smoked salmon fins, kipper, seafood pate, homemade skagen shrimps in mayonnaise eggs and salmon in mayonnaise.

If, against all odds, you have some room left in your stomach for dessert, we serve homemade apple cake with vanilla sauce, Tiramisu, homemade cookies, struvor with jam and cream and a fantastic cheese tray with dessert cheeses from Swedish farm dairies and much, much more …

On board, our troubadour entertains with mixed music – tailor-made for you. Please note that we do not have live music during weekday lunches.

Vegetarian/Vegan. If you are vegetarian or vegan and therefore do not eat meat, fish or poultry, we can of course arrange food for you as well. Our chefs have chosen to serve the most flavorful and varied option available – Meze – instead of serving half-baked compromises on Swedish Christmas food.
However, we need to know three days before if someone is vegetarian or vegan.
