All the old classics are still there, of course. Christmas ham, pig’s feet, our homemade pickled herring, home-rolled meatballs, prince sausage, Christmas sausage, homemade Jansson’s temptation, lutefisk with white sauce and peas, honey-glazed ribs, red cabbage, Engraved Salmon, Cold Smoked Salmon & Hot Smoked Salmon.<\/p>

To this we have added several marine related dishes such as shrimps, smoked shrimps, caesar salad with hot smoked salmon, smoked salmon fins, kipper, seafood pate, homemade skagen shrimps in mayonnaise eggs and salmon in mayonnaise.<\/p>

In the unlikely event that you have some room left in your stomach for dessert, we serve homemade apple cake with custard, Tiramisu, homemade cookies, strudels with jam and cream and a fantastic cheese tray and much, much more…<\/p>

On board, our troubadour entertains with mixed music – tailor-made for you.<\/p>

Vegetarian\/Vegan<\/b>. <\/strong>If you are vegetarian or vegan and therefore do not eat meat, fish or poultry, we can of course arrange food for you as well. Our chefs have chosen to serve the most flavorful and varied option available – Meze – instead of serving half-baked compromises on Swedish Christmas food.

As Christmas is a children’s holiday, we want to give all adults the opportunity to take their children to a Christmas party without breaking the bank.<\/p>

Therefore, this year, each fully paying adult can take one child (under 13) free of charge on any cruise.<\/p>

For us, it makes no difference whether they are our own children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews or the neighbor’s children…<\/p>
