Christmas table Lunch cruise

All the old classics are of course still there. Christmas ham, pig’s feet, our homemade pickled herring, home-rolled meatballs, prince sausage, Christmas sausage, homemade Jansson’s temptation, lutefisk with white sauce and peas, honey-glazed ribs, red cabbage, Engraved Salmon, Cold Smoked Salmon & Hot Smoked Salmon and much more.

To this we have added several marine related dishes such as prawns, smoked prawns, caesar salad with hot smoked salmon, smoked salmon fins, bok choy, seafood pâté, homemade skagen scramble and salmon scramble.

In the unlikely event that you have some room left in your stomach for dessert, we serve homemade apple cake with custard, Tiramisu, homemade cookies, strudels with jam and cream and a fantastic cheese tray and much, much more…

On board, our troubadours will entertain you with mixed music – tailor-made for you.

Vegetarian/Vegan. If you are vegetarian or vegan and therefore do not eat meat, fish or poultry, we can of course arrange food for you as well. Our chefs have chosen to serve the most flavorful and varied option available – Meze – instead of serving half-baked compromises on Swedish Christmas food.
However, we need to know two days in advance if someone is vegetarian or vegan.
